Organizations are human ecosystems, where people collaborate, make decisions, and drive change. And these humans usually don’t leave their personality, emotions, problems at the door when they come to work.
With rising disengagement and burnout rates, there’s a pervasive dissatisfaction, a gap between employee needs and workplace realities. Often a frustration about how work is done, how people feel seen, heard and included. We, as humans, have the inner desire to be seen for who we are. We want to be heard, to be treated with respect, have freedom and belong.
